Reflection
Referring to what we read yesterday, even as John
the Baptist made the announcement that Jesus was “the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world, ” I am sure that no one who heard at that time knew how that would happen. And just like those that heard these original words had to wait to find out the true meaning of those words, we have to wait for a few weeks before we know about how the restoration
(i.e., taking away our sins) is to occur.
But now knowing what you have heard this week
about God, is this one true God the center of your life? Should He be? If not, what things in your life get in the way of giving this God all of your worship?
