Ephesians 5:1-2
Be imitators of God, therefore, as dearly loved children and live a life of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.
Reflection
As we imitate God we will be allowing the Word of God to impart truth and direct us in our decision making. That is what God intends for us to do and when we make the right choices and live by God’s truth then we will be pleasing God.
Think of a decision you are in the process of making. Are you allowing the Word of God to inform and direct your decision making process? How can you make God a larger part of your decision making process?
