Ephesians 4:14-16
Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of men in their deceitful scheming.  Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will in all things grow up into him who is the Head, that is, Christ.  From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.

Reflection
When through the general exercising of the ministry roles across the church, then we will be unified and we will become mature in our deepening relationship with Jesus.  Through all of that we will cease to be baby Christians.  We will grow up in the faith.  We will become spiritual adults.  We will no longer be drawn from one nice sounding belief and philosophy to another.  We will find our connection with one another to be firmly rooted in the Head of the church, who is Jesus.  When we function in the roles as Jesus intended we become the church he envisions us to be.

Spend some time envisioning the church as completely unified in Christ and for the cause of Christ.  As you go through this envisioning process what does the church begin to look like?
