Proverbs 19:17
He who is kind to the poor lends to the Lord, and he will reward him for what he has done.
Reflection
Once we learn to manage our money according to God’s word and we follow the principles that we have learned during this sermon series, then we need to take some of the extra that we have and help others who do not have enough. As we give to those who are poor it is as if we are giving to the Lord. Giving to the poor is another way that we honor God for the blessings he has given to us.
If you are able to help those who are less fortunate, then celebrate the fact that you have learned that your money is not just for your use but to do good and help others, as well.
