Be very careful, then, how you live – not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil.
Reflection
We need to be careful to choose to live in the light and turn away from the darkness. That would be the wise choice.
Paul tells us to make the most of every opportunity to live in the light and do the deeds of light because the evil of darkness is all around us.
Ask yourself this question: What darkness of evil do I see in the world in which I live?
How can we make the wise choice and turn away from that evil?
How can we live carefully so that we avoid falling into the darkness?
