Why is it important to
trust the word of God?
For all
Christians, the way up is down. Jesus once said and it is recorded in Matthew
16:24 (NLT), “If any one of you wants to be my follower, you must put aside
your selfish ambition, shoulder your cross, and follow me.” For all Christians, faithfulness before God
is more important than popularity before humanity. All Christians should learn that the proper
posture toward God’s holy word is repentance for sin and trust in Jesus
Christ. As Christians we should return
to our knees – physically and spiritually.
If that is our attitude then God will work powerfully through our life
and witness.
